Overview
Research in the Immunology and Microbiology Section focuses on occupational allergies and asthma, bio-aerosols and waterborne pathogens with particular emphasis on allergies in the spice and bakery industries and the use of latex gloves in the health care industry, airborne endotoxins and mycobacteria, and amoeba resistant bacteria in water distribution systems respectively.
